Program provides the buyer with an Underwriter’s approval before they make an offer, or even find a property, increasing their credibility as a buyer and getting them closer to closing.
The process to obtain a fully underwritten approval is as simple as:
3) Get Conditionally Approved: The buyer goes through the underwriting process and is conditionally approved.**
2) House Hunting Begins: Once a home is selected, the buyer will go under contract and the home will be appraised.
1) Clear to Close: The buyer is clear to close!
**Pre-approval is based on a preliminary review of credit information provided to Fairway Independent Mortgage Corporation which has not been reviewed by Underwriting. Final loan approval is subject to a full Underwriting review of support documentation including, but not limited to, applicants’ creditworthiness, assets, and income information, and a satisfactory appraisal.
