There’s no arguing that the real estate market is hot and competition for properties is high. Understanding your personal unique value proposition (UVP) and being able to communicate that to your clients can help you and their offers stand out. Your UVP is a statement that clearly tells your potential clients how they will benefit from what you offer, how your real estate services will address their needs and/or solve their problems, and what makes you different from your competitors.

When thinking about your UVP there a few things that are important to consider.

  1. Am I clearly stating how I will help my clients achieve their goals?
  2. Am I including information that is different than what my competitors are likely saying?
  3. Does my UVP make me memorable?

Once you develop your UVP, you want to make sure that you are communicating it to everyone you are speaking to, in one way or another. Add your UVP to your social media platforms, include it in your introduction emails and if possible include it on flyers you are giving clients. If you would like to talk through it, give us a call!
