In the 30+ years of being a mortgage banker there have been many changes in the industry. However, through it all, what has not changed is how we treat our customer. There is no person more important!! That customer service philosophy is consistent with Fairway's 10 Core Values that include speed to respond, respect, humility and honest communication. My current role of expanding the Mid-Atlantic region will be accomplished through managers and loan officers who put the customers’ needs first and who share Fairway’s 10 Core Values.
